Prior to returning any parts or products, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from Whynter. Any shipments without this number will not be accepted. Under this warranty, Whynter may replace defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the defective product for a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one at our discretion. All repairs or replacements covered by this warranty will be handled through mail-in service at Whynter's Service Center. This warranty is non-transferable.
