2 lb Break up Bar

This mold holds a full TWO pounds of chocolate. It is quite convenient for storing extra chocolate in or making 1 oz portions. These are a great way to finish your chocolate for a nice professional look. It is really nice to be able to present someone with a classic bar of chocolate, and then tell them it is homemade.  Each bar is 14.6 x 7.6 x 0.75" 1 cavity per mold. 32 oz / 908 grams FDA-approved & BPA-free plastic Made in the USA This mold comes Professional grade, are semi-rigid (they flex a touch) and should last for years.  A little more expensive than some molds, but they do hold a full pound of chocolate each.
