Buffalo Blend Single Cups This Medium-dark roasted coffee has a richer, darker color with some oil beginning to show on the surface of the beans.  The medium-dark roast has a heavy body in comparison with the lighter or medium roasts. The beans are roasted to the beginning or middle of the second crack — about 437°F to 446°F. The buffalo blend is roasted and blended by Native American Coffee Roasters, located on the river city of Fort Smith, Arkansas (known as one of the last overnight stops in the Trail of Tears).  Sacred Coffee, is a Native American owned and operated coffee roasting company, founded by a Muscogee (Creek) citizen.
