This box includes: 45 lbs. of grass-fed beef. 6 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio 2 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip,  1-2 lbs. of Fajita Meat and/or Skirt Steak 1-2 lbs. of Stew Meat. 2 Sirloin Steaks. 2 packages of Beef Ribs. 20-30 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (90% lean). *Some cuts may be substituted with a cut of similar value.  Deposit: Your 1/8 Beef deposit is $165.94.
