High West Bourbon Dinner

Join us for an inspired 5 course bourbon-tasting dinner in Eleve’s Private Dining Room. You will have the opportunity to taste 5 different bourbons from High West, including several highly allocated bottles. Michael Potter is leading the dinner and providing information about the bourbon -making process, from start to finish, including a sampling of the spring water from the distillery. Executive Chef Matthew Ward is providing the culinary pairings for an unforgettable evening. Location: Élevé Private Dining Room *Price is per person and includes gratuity, but is subject to tax.
