That’s when I realized my go-to bouillon wasn’t even gluten-free. I was stunned—not just by the gluten, but by how unhealthy it was. The label was full of chemicals, fillers, seed oils, and vague “natural flavors.” Creating my own beef bouillon wasn’t the plan—it happened out of necessity. After launching our Chicken Ramen Seasoning at the Gluten-Free Expo in Utah (October 2022), I learned that the bouillon powder I was using at the time contained corn, soy, and seed oils—ingredients many of our customers couldn’t tolerate. That moment changed everything. I searched for a clean, allergy-friendly beef bouillon made with real ingredients—and came up empty. So I decided to make one myself. After a year of working with expert chefs and food scientists, I’m proud to introduce a formula that’s rich, dee
