NEWLY FORMULATED, CLEANEST LABEL, LOWEST SODIUM BOUILLON ON THE MARKET!  Have you ever actually read the ingredients in your favorite Chicken Bouillon? I hadn’t—at least not closely—until I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. That’s when I found out my go-to bouillon wasn’t even gluten-free. I was floored. Not only was it unsafe for me, but the label was loaded with chemicals, fillers, and vague “natural flavors.” Creating my own Chicken Bouillon wasn’t part of the plan—it happened out of necessity. After launching our Chicken Ramen Seasoning and Onion Soup Mix at the Gluten-Free Expo in Utah (October 2022), I learned that the bouillon powder I was using in those blends contained seed oils, corn, and soy—ingredients many of our customers were allergic to. That didn’t sit right with me. I was determined to do better. I started searching for a cleaner bouillon option that was truly allergy-friendly. Turns out... it didn’t exist. So, I created one.
