This excellent quality cacao from mountains of western Uganda is a product of Latitude Trade Co., a Certified B Corp. The cool wet climate of this area, just across the border from Democratic Republic of the Congo is know for longer box ferments creating a unique milky smoothness.  Bean Origin: Grown by over 4000 small farms in the Bundibugyo District in western Uganda adjacent to the Semiluki Forest National Park.
