When we realized that we could create a Honduras half caff option and support this lot from COMSA that was grown by women producers, we jumped on it! We paired this caffeinated with the exceptional nature of it’s decaffeinated sister grown in the area of Santa Barbara which has become world famous for their quality. This half-caff released in 2022 on our founder’s birthday is well balanced, with a syrupy body and a deep sweetness! Perfect for an after lunch dessert pairing!
