During this time, the beans absorb the complex aromas and subtle sweetness of the barrel—setting the stage for an unforgettable cup. Once aged, the beans are roasted to a smooth medium profile, preserving their natural chocolate base while unlocking rich notes of vanilla, caramel, and liqueur. The result is a deeply aromatic, full-bodied brew that captures the bold spirit of bourbon without the alcohol—just pure, barrel-aged character in every sip.
