These beans are specifically selected for their cup quality to ensure that they stay true to their fully caffeinated counterpart.   The Swiss Water decaffeination method is widely recognized as the most natural and best tasting of the decaffeination processes.  Using only water and osmosis, the Swiss Water method removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the bean's natural flavor.
