Cultivated under shade at altitudes between 1,890 and 2,010 meters, this coffee benefits from fertile soils, ideal rainfall, and generations of traditional farming practices. Naturally processed and sun-dried on raised beds, the beans develop a vibrant fruit-forward sweetness layered with hints of chocolate and vanilla. The result is a bright, aromatic light roast that celebrates Ethiopia’s legacy as the birthplace of coffee—balanced, complex, and bursting with notes of blueberry and stone fruit in every sip.
