Region: Sidamo, Ethiopia (Dale District – Shefena Washing Station) Processing: Natural (Sun-Dried on Raised Beds) Roaster’s Comments: Our Ethiopia Sidamo is a Rainforest Alliance and Organic certified coffee grown by smallholder farmers in the highlands of southern Ethiopia. Cultivated under shade at altitudes between 1,890 and 2,010 meters, this coffee benefits from fertile soils, ideal rainfall, and generations of traditional farming practices. Naturally processed and sun-dried on raised beds, the beans develop a vibrant fruit-forward sweetness layered with hints of chocolate and vanilla. The result is a bright, aromatic light roast that celebrates Ethiopia’s legacy as the birthplace of coffee—balanced, complex, and bursting with notes of blueberry and stone fruit in every sip.
