1999-2003 FORD 7.3L DIESELSITE INTERCOOLER BOOT KIT

DIESELSITE boots are designed to replace leaking and deteriorated sets on the 7.3L Ford PSD light duty diesels. Our boots are made of a more durable material and have a stronger hold for trucks making higher boost numbers.  Higher boost in the PSD can stretch the limits of a saturated set of factory boots and could blow your boots right off.  In some cases, even stock or under-powered vehicles will experience boots that slip and lose grip if they've lost integrity and are saturated in oil. THIS KIT INCLUDES: This kit includes the two boots that connect the intercooler to the intercooler piping and clamps and is available for both stock and aftermarket setups that have swapped to the 6.0L intercooler.  Choose from the following setups: • 1999-2003 with a stock 7.3L Intercooler (2) Intercooler Boots measuring 3"/3.25" (tapered) Inner Diameter (4) T-Bolt Style Clamps Torque spec is 60 in/lbs - DO NOT EXCEED!
