DIESELSITE boots are designed to replace leaking and deteriorated sets on the 6.0L Ford PSD light duty diesels. Our boots are made of a more durable material and have a stronger hold for trucks making higher boost numbers.  Higher boost in the PSD can stretch the limits of a saturated set of factory boots and could blow your boots right off.  In some cases, even stock or under-powered vehicles will experience boots that slip and lose grip if they've lost integrity and are saturated in oil. THIS KIT INCLUDES: This kit includes the boot(s) that connect the intercooler to the intercooler piping and clamps.  This kit is dependent on year OR your intercooler piping style if previously converted and will be the difference in receiving one or two boots.  Please choose the appropriate setup prior to adding to cart. • 2003-2004 (Steel Intercooler Piping) (1) Intercooler Boot measuring 3"/3.25" (tapered) Inner Diameter (2) T-Bolt Style Clamps Torque spec is 60 in/lbs - DO NOT EXCEED!
