Ideal for after an exercise or subsequent to eating such a large number of treats… NGREDIENTS:1 cup frozen mango chunks1 cup packed fresh baby spinach leaves¾ cup milk of your choice1 to 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger1 scoop vanilla protein powder½ to 1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon ground flaxseed1 teaspoon vanilla extractfew tablespoons water, if needed DIRECTIONS:Add all of the ingredients except the water to a blender. Process until the mixture is completely smooth. Use a little water to thin out the smoothie or to get it going in the blender if needed. Serve immediately.
