I’m continuing my 5 Minute Vegan Breakfast series today with Warm Vegetable Smoothies!Ingredients1/2 red, orange, or yellow bell pepper with stem removed1 tomato small to medium sized, or the equivalent amount of cherry or grape tomatoes1 carrot small to medium sized, top removed1/2 cup water1 Tablespoon chia seeds1 leaf curly kale rib removed, optionalInstructionsIn a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients on high until warm, smooth and velvety. This will take 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a mug and enjoy while warm.
