Hand picked and selected: the berries are pressed at low temperatures to keep the aromatic expression. 50% fermented in tank and 50% in new French oak. This wine shows a brilliant grennish-yellow color. It offers aromas of citric and tropical fruits with light vanilla notes. Intense on the palate, fresh and complex, with balance and acidity and a long delicate finish.
