Figgy Pudding

No British holiday is complete without a figgy pudding! Also known as Christmas pudding, this festive sponge cake is known for its density and rich spices. Chef Kieron's chocolate pudding is a family recipe with 30+ ingredients. Each "pud" has been matured for 2 months and includes mixed dried fruit, chocolate, candied fruit peel, citrus zests and brandy making it moist, sticky and supremely complex in flavours. Top with brandy butter (included) and this traditional treat makes for a scrumptious gift!  Limited quantity available. Comes in a reusable plastic basin, wrapped in a muslin cloth and tied with twine. (Does not come with box as pictured.) 1 lb (454g), serves 6.
