Finca Amalita Micro-Lot Blend
Finca Amalita is our cherished family farm in Costa Rica, where we cultivate and process exquisite coffee crops. This inaugural harvest marks a milestone for us, as we take pride in not only roasting but also growing our own coffee. This allows us to oversee the entire journey from seed to cup, ensuring the highest quality and dedication in every sip you enjoy at home. This Micro-Lot blend is a mix of our different processes: yellow honey, natural, and anaerobic. It’s a blend of all our farm's experiments from last year. We export the coffee to our roastery in Tempe, Arizona, where we air-roast it to a nicely developed medium roast. The result is a delicious cup with notes of bright citrus, smooth honey, walnut, and complex florals. Perfect for the summer, it’s refreshing for both cold and hot brewing methods.
