Krokbragd is a Norwegian, three-shaft, weft-faced weave that is typically used for rugs or similar items. Though usually woven on four-shaft looms, it is possible to weave krokbragd on a rigid heddle loom with just a bit of clever modification.  This class was inspired by an article in Handwoven magazine, which in turn, was inspired by Jane Patrick's coasters from 2010. In this class, Dorothy will teach you the krokbragd weaving method while making coasters! Space in this class is limited. The class will be held downstairs in the Fernwood Studio.
