This espresso cup and saucer were thrown separately on the pottery wheel, the handle was attached and the pieces were finished by hand, then fired in the kiln at 2170°F. The clay is a sandy colored ceramic stoneware with dark speckles. The glaze was applied by hand, and has created a stormy gray raincloud design. This cup can hold 75ml/2.5oz of liquid.
