This citrus juicer was thrown on the pottery wheel and the design was carved by hand, then fired in the kiln at 2170°F. The clay is an ivory colored ceramic stoneware, and the glaze is a gradient of dark blue to soft teal, just like the waters of Lake Tahoe.
