While working alongside the Junior Chef program, Sous Chef students step into leadership roles—organizing their teams, checking ingredients, and keeping the kitchen humming. They'll take on fun, hands-on roles like Kitchen Organizer, Taste Tester, and Food Safety Monitor while building confidence, leadership skills, and a passion for cooking. This week’s theme, Dining Out, brings the magic of the restaurant experience straight to the classroom. From mastering stylish, gourmet dishes to learning presentation techniques that wow, your young chef will gain the skills to turn any meal into a five-star experience.
