Mixed Media Painting (Saturday 3/21 Workshop)

Design and develop your visual dialogue as you work with multiple materials and create an art piece from concepts including imagery and symbolism. Working with acrylic paint and other items such as hand-cut paper, templates, simple drawings, fabric, and text, you will play with textures and apply various mediums to create a vibrant work of art on a gesso 10" x 10" x 2" deep panel.  Supplies and painting surfaces are provided. Please bring a lunch. Location: The MIX Creative Space 9125 Diceman Drive Dallas, TX 75218. Downstairs in the White Rock United Methodist Church.  Entrance A on the north side near the accessible ramp.
