Cooking Haitian food for a purpose - Saturday, May 18th

When: Saturday, May 18th Time: 3:00 to 7:00PM Where: Urban Gleaners located at 15 SE 6th Ave, Portland, OR 97214 Class description: This year, for Haitian Flag Day, on Saturday, May 18th, Creole Me Up will be partnering with Urban Gleaners to cook Haitian food with a purpose. Twenty people will come together in the Urban Gleaners’ kitchen to learn how to cook popular Haitian dishes and at the end of the class, the group will pack all the food for the Urban Gleaners’ team to distribute throughout Portland.
