2024 Alaska Birch Syrup CSA Similar to the Community Share Agriculture model, we created a birch syrup CSA for the local birch syrup enthusiast! Birch syrup shares come in glass Ball jars and are available for a deeply discounted price. You choose what size and which run of syrup you'd like to purchase, and then choose the date and town that you'd like to pick up your order. Birch syrup CSAs are available for weekly pickup in Soldotna and monthly pickup in Anchorage and Kodiak. Sizing information: Small Share: 8oz jar Medium Share: 16oz jar Large Share: 32oz jar
