Whole Beef Brisket

This is our pride and joy here at Crydermans Barbecue.  Our all-natural smoked briskets are cooked anywhere from 14-16 hours.  Simply seasoned with salt and pepper and smoked to perfection using oak wood.  All of Crydermans smoked meats come as whole cuts and unsliced.  Our briskets come fully cooked, vacuum-sealed, and shipped frozen. These whole briskets weigh between 5-6 pounds and can feed 10-12 people. ALLERGEN INFORMATION --SHIPPING INFORMATION-- All orders with meats will have a 24 hour lead time. You can select the specific date you'd like your items shipped at checkout. All orders with meats will be shipped in an insulated cooler box with dry ice. Packages with meat may be delivered with the dry ice completely evaporated.  Meats require 1-2 day shipping. FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2Day will be the only shipping options for orders with meat products.
