Blueberries for Sal (Kindergarten: Series 1)

Blueberries for Sal takes readers on a blueberry picking adventure alongside two mothers and their offspring. This module uses texts to illustrate how humans and bears prepare for winter. Students will make meaning of vocabulary through dramatic play, including pretending to can their own jars of blueberry jam.
