Owl Moon (Kindergarten: Series 1)

Owl Moon takes readers, and a father and daughter, through a walk in the woods on a cold winter’s night in search for a Great Horned Owl. Using flashlights and the skill of observation, students will seek to find owls in their own classroom. Students will explore how light can guide and drive imaginations into a creative process and be as reflective as a moon when analyzing texts, writings, and visual art. Before you begin...
