Outstanding Authentic Rare Konyak Naga, Headhunter Basket with Heads, and Wild Boar Tusk, and Hand Woven Sash, Ca 1950's. #617  Description: #617 Outstanding Authentic Rare Konyak Naga, Headhunter Basket with Multiple Heads, and wild boar tusk and Hand Woven Sash, Ca 1950's. Made from bamboo and cane. Has excellent hand woven sash, and several monkey skulls. It also has a number of other Naga items adorning the piece, including a wild boar tusk. This is the finest example of this type of basket that I have ever seen.  Dimensions: 16" x 10" x 4" Condition: Excellent condition for its age and use over time.  Please note that the designation Authentic means that the piece was made by the Nagas and used by them in their actual ceremonies and not made for tourists.
