This beautiful region in France is known for its delicious cheeses and wines. It is aged for 10 to 12 months before leaving the production facility and is exclusively made during the grazing period (April-October). It has a very strong and pungent smell with a creamy, nutty, yet fruity and sweet flavor. Excellent lightly melted on fresh baked bread or as a snack with a handful of walnuts to compliment its rich diverse mouthfeel.  Ingredients: raw cow's milk, salt, lactic ferments, coagulant. CONTAINS: MILK
