Radiance

I was drawn to this photo repeatedly captured at the very beginning of COVID in 2020, just as the world shutdown. I had a million thoughts running through my mind at the time; how long would this last? Who will fall victim to the illness? How long before life as we know it would resume?  I could not stop thinking about all of my friends and family around the globe during this challenging time. My mantra was that the resolve of the human spirit, sense of kinship and unrelenting courage was what would inevitably restore our lives to normalcy. Let us not forget we are inexorably connected to one another; we are responsible for one another...stay strong...stay healthy and never lose hope! This is what still comes to mind when I view this photo.
