Sunset at Pine Glades Lake

Pine Glades Lake is a wonderful spot for photographing the sunset in the Florida Everglades. I have been there quite a few times over the years but this is the only photograph that I have ever really been pleased with. It is a difficult place to get to as the the road leading you to the lake is unpaved and filled with giant potholes. And, not to mention, it is always swarming with mosquitoes that seem totally unfazed by bug spray. In making a landscape image, I always try to include something of interest in the foreground. These coral rocks accomplish this very well.
