All sheets are warrantied for 30 days after delivery date, which covers manufacturing defects. If you believe a workmanship issue exists, please reply to the order confirmation email or use our CONTACT US page within 30 days of delivery date.Need to make a change to the sheet size?Custom Mattress Makers allows for sheet size changes up to 24 hours after the order is placed. In an effort to keep lead-times as short as possible, we like to place sheet orders shortly after they're placed. If it is within 24 hours of the order being placed and you need to make a change, please reply to the order confirmation email or email us via the CONTACT US page.CancellationsSimilar to the above policy, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot cancel an order after 24 hours have passed and the build process has already started. Once the products ship, a confirmation email/text will be sent to the email/phone number on file. This will include UPS tracking information. Orders typically ship out within 2 weeks of order date.
