Our 100% Columbian beans are aged raw, until perfect infused with slightly sweet and smokey bourbon flavor.  Then the beans are roasted to a perfect medium roast. Resulting in an exceptionally smooth cup of coffee with a delicious bourbon finish. Available for the month of April only!
