Baffles, what are those? Baffles keep the fuel where you want it, around the fuel pick up. They also help keep the fuel level gauge stable when accelerating or decelerating on- or off-road. We added additional baffles, designed to stop your tank vent ports from sucking fuel and plugging the vents. Also that annoying “sloshing” sound you get during spirited driving….gone! If you don't weld, send the kit to a local welding shop of your choice or convince one of your buddies to weld it for you.
