This is the 2 piece aluminum bracket in our modular tire carrier and accessory bumper (S2-1053F) kit. Yes it’s aluminum so no rust and repainting in 1-3 years. Its designed to mount to our adjustable spare wheel mount (CO-1016-KIT, CO-1012-KIT) or our aluminum 20L jerry can mount (OP-3001-KIT), with no drilling.  This kit is adjustable in/out and up/down for different tire and wheel applications.   This license plate relocation kit can also be used universally in any project you may have.  Your kit comes with everything seen in the picture: - Relocation Brackets - 2 LED Lights - Lots of Wire Loom To Protect Your Wires  - All Needed Hardware For Install   *No welding required
