The designs on the capes are made of the same fabric and are ironed on with Wonder Under for permanent adhesion. Capes are sewn inside out so the seam is hidden and a small stitch is visible at the bottom. The capes are approximately 28.5 in. long (measured from the nape of the neck) and generally fit up to a 19" neck.
