Custom capes make great gifts and party favors. The outside is black with a white lining. This cape is made with a cotton/poly lining to contrast the outside fabric. There is white lace trim around the top of the cape to give the illusion of RBG’s collar. See detailed photos. Children's superhero capes are made of premium super soft, light weight cotton/polyester blend and a Hook and Loop (velcro-like) closure for easy on/off. Capes are sewn inside out so the seam is hidden and a small stitch is visible at the bottom. The capes are approximately 22 in. long (measured from the nape of the neck) and generally fit children ages 2-7. Girl in the photo is 5. Adult size is approx 28" long.
