This is the most affordable and convenient way to stock your freezer with local, grass-fed, and high-quality beef.  *Please Read All Information Below* With our quarter beef share, you will receive an average of 90lbs of our premium dry aged and grass-fed beef.  Total cost = $1,080 ($200 deposit + $880 fulfillment) Deposit Required = $200 Approximately 50% (45lbs) of your beef will include premium steaks, roast, brisket, braising cuts, stew meat, and other cuts; the other 50% (45lbs) will be ground beef and burger patties. You will need around 3 cubic feet for a Quarter Beef Shares. This easily fits in the average top-freezer refrigerator. To secure your beef share: Pay our $400 deposit to reserve your share; this will be deducted from
