1/4 Beef Share Deposit

This is the most affordable and convenient way to stock your freezer with local, grass-fed, and high-quality beef.  *Please Read All Information Below* All bulk orders will be available starting October 2025. (exact dates will be provided closer to time) With our quarter beef share, you will receive an average of 90lbs of our premium dry aged and grass-fed beef.  Total cost = $1,080 ($200 deposit + $880 fulfillment) Deposit Required = $200 Approximately 50% (45lbs) of your beef will include premium steaks, roast, brisket, braising cuts, stew meat, and other cuts; the other 50% (45lbs) will be ground beef and burger patties. You will need around 3 cubic feet for a Quarter Beef Shares. This easily fits in the average top-freezer refrigerator. To secure your beef share: Pay our $400 deposit to reserve your share; this will be deducted from the final balance.
