You will learn how to make elderberry syrup and fire cider as well!  This 1 on 1 class will cover a variety of different herbs and their benefits - the different types of infusions. It will also cover different ways you can incorporate an infusion into hair/body/skin care. We will also cover our skin in depth along with it's derivatives and the connection to our internal health.
