Pecan Pie Timbale
Flaky, homemade pie is a favorite dessert at Dandelion, and Nicholas and our Confections team craft these signature, drum-shaped Timbales to evoke warm memories of autumn pies savored during years past. Pecans sourced from Georgia’s historic Pearson Farm are gently oven-toasted to enhance the nuts’ naturally buttery notes, while deep-flavored maple sugar is slowly caramelized with organic local butter and fleur de sel. The rich, salty-sweet caramel is tossed with the roasty pecans, then finished with a delicate, feuilletine-crisped “crust,” all enclosed in a disc of our chocolatey 70% House Blend chocolate.
