Our Confectioners add only a few carefully chosen ingredients, enhancing the characteristic flavor notes of each origin; while the simple cube shape, pure ganache, and thin shell keep focus on the chocolate itself. The Truffles’ unique design incorporates the same custom gold patterns — created by Dandelion team members — that we use to differentiate cocoa origins on our bar wrappers.
