Steelhead fishing requires patience. Going weeks or even months without a bite can drive fisherman to the breaking point. But we still get up every morning and try again. I shot his on the Deschutes River on a foggy fall morning. I set my camera in the grassy bank and had it shoot a photo every 10 seconds creating this self-portrait.
