Recycled

Salmon’s life cycle takes them from being juvenile smolts living in the river to full grown adults thriving in the oceans, With only the urge to reproduce they swim back up their natal rivers to spawn. They take the weight they gained living in the ocean and die on the banks of the river post spawn. In doing this they nourish the forest and bring food to animals that might otherwise struggle to survive. In recycling their bodies they complete an essential part of the circle of life.
