Late Harvest

Estate Grown Viognier, 375 ml half-bottle size For the 2022 vintage, our sweet dessert wine was produced from 100% estate grown Viognier vines (pronounced “Vee-own-yay”).  Boasting 17% in residual sugar, this wine balances both the sugar and the grape's natural acidity to make a pleasantly concentrated wine with notes of fresh flower petals on the nose. The decadent aromas and flavors found in this dessert wine are a result of extended vine ripening.  Perfect with any dessert, or on its own right after a hearty meal. In 2017, the Late Harvest was produced from a variety of estate grown grapes left on the vine longer than usual and was bottled in the 375ml half-bottle size. With a light pinkish color and 22% residual sugar, each sip of this deeply concentrated late harvest is notable for its hint of honey, pear and raspberry flavors on the smooth and lush finish.
