The wine that started us off in 1994, the Estate Cuvee is Dave's flagship blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet, Petite Sirah & Carignan, all estate grown Estate Cuvee is a rich and full-bodied wine, featuring a deep ruby color and aromas of raspberry and black pepper, with subtle notes of vanilla and spice from the slight hint of smooth, velvety oak in the background.
