Estate Grown, 100% Pinot Noir for the 2019 vintage; in 2021, a small percentage of Zinfandel was blended with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier for a more complex finish. Our estate grown, produced and bottled, Methode Champenoise sparkling wine is a true labor of love. Once you "pop" the crown from the bottle, there is a delicate burst of steam and the aromatic of crisp fuji apples. The bone dry wine, once poured is incredibly effervescent and it has flavors that are bright and fresh.
