The Ultimate Cuvee Futures

For the 2024 vintage, The Ultimate Cuvee will be a "Super Tuscan" blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and possibly Merlot or Cabernet Franc, exact percentages to be determined at time of harvest. “Super Tuscan” originated as a term used to describe red wines from Tuscany that defy traditional regional winemaking rules. The 2023 vintage is the traditional Ultimate Cuvee blend of at least 50% (or approximately two barrels) of Block 4, plus other select barrels chosen specifically by Dave as the most outstanding and his favorites from this vintage.
