17-23 Ford F250-F550 Cab Light Anti-Leak Gasket (Set of 5)

Finally, a fix for the dreaded interior leak on the 2017-23 Ford Super Duty (F250, F350, F450, F550). When new, the lights are fitted with a foam seal that breaks down overtime (see photos), and allow water into the cab. We are on the second generation of these gaskets. Through further testing and improving, we have found the best way to get the cab lights to seal on these expensive trucks is a two step approach: First, the gaskets help fill the void left by the disintegrated foam inside the light, while also adding additional sealing pressure around the two leak points at each light. Second, a light film of automotive RTV silicone helps adhere the gasket to the roof and keep water from sneaking between the two, without creating a non-reversible/removable bond. We have found the combination of these two is much more successful at keeping water out than just using one or the other.These gaskets are a direct fit, no modifications required.
